Shipping is through priority mail only. Depending on the size of your orders, we can send various priority mail size packages. We have a return policy.and we are willing to provide a exchange of equal or lessor value.
If you have any problems or concerns with the product please contact us at willowcreeksoap2021@gmail.com and we will contact you promptly. we take customer service serious and would of course love to help everyone, that being said if you would like to send a product back we will be setting up a formal returns tab. for now send all requests to our email with this info included in the return order.
